Gia is an L.A. native, born in Topanga Canyon. Half her family is in law and the other half in entertainment, imbuing Gia with a nature that’s both highly creative and highly organized. She began her real estate career while still a full-time student at USC’s Annenberg School, and found the industry, with its interplay of economics and human ingenuity, an ideal fit. Her passion for design, her appreciation of the arts, and a love of fast-paced work and fascinating people found full expression in luxury real estate, along with Gia’s signature traits: enthusiasm and tenacity. Gia’s professional background as social media director for a company in the tri-state building industry, her stints at a business management consultancy and a multi-national fashion retailer, and her own entrepreneurship and vibrant social media presence give her unique and eclectic insights that she brings to AKG, the talented team she works with, and ultimately, to her clients. Her clients, like friends and family, are what matter most to Gia. The proverbial “people person,” she’s in her element out in the field, interacting with buyers and sellers. Born during World Cup soccer, Gia has been athletic since infancy, reveling in competitive team sports, and developing the art of high performance under pressure. Gia is half Italian and half Swedish, holds both US and Italian passports, and has explored 27 countries (and counting), putting travel at the top of her List of Favorite Things, along with international cuisine, couture, and live music.
